NEWS: Ed Sheeran Brings Out Lil Uzi Vert During VMAs Performance

Ed and Uzi remix "Shape of You" and "XO TOUR Llif3."


During his scheduled performance at the MTV Video Music Award, Ed Sheeran surprised fans with an appearance from rapper Lil Uzi Ver.
While Sheeran kickeoff with his "Shape of You" track, Uzi came out to deliver a previosuly-unheard remix lending his own verse to the cut.


The duo then switched into a live rendition of Uzi's "XO TOUR Llif3."
Both nominated for awards Sunday night, Ed Sheeran walked away with Artist of The Year, beating out contenders like Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars while Lil Uzi Vert grabbed the award for Song of The Summer for his aforementioned "XO TOUR LliF3."
